Phases & Scale-Up Plan
- Phase I (2026-28): Pilot 100 Nests in selected districts (e.g., Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)
- Phase II (2028-30): Scale to 500 units across South India
- Phase III (2030-33): National roll-out to 1,500 units in high-need rural districts
- Phase IV (2033-36): Full scale with 5,000 Mom Baby Nest across India
At each stage we will evaluate outcomes, refine the model, optimize cost-efficiency, and build partnerships with state governments, CSR donors, local NGOs and communities.
